Code of Conduct

All representatives of Efficient Advise are bound to adhere to our code of conduct, which was developed to ensure the protection of our clients’ interests and the integrity of our brand and our representatives.

All Efficient Advise staff and representatives therefore undertake to:

  • Act with the highest level of honesty and integrity in all of their dealings with our clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain their status as registered financial planners, through ongoing accreditation and training to ensure the continued accuracy and relevance of their advice.
  • Review our client's financial planning needs on a regular basis to ensure ongoing alignment to the original objectives and to bring about adjustments where necessary to accommodate changing circumstances.
  • Ensure that the most appropriate products and services, available through Efficient Advise, are made available to our clients to suit their specific individual needs.
  • Ensure that our clients are provided with adequate information regarding any recommended product or service, to enable clients to make an informed decision regarding such product or service.
  • Provide sufficiently detailed information of all costs and commissions related to any of our products and services recommended to our clients.
  • Comply with all regulations laid down by the Financial Intelligence Centre Act, The Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, The Prevention of Organised Crime Act and any other relevant legislation promulgated from time to time.
  • Ensure the best possible client-advisor relationship through the development of long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients, their families and all of our stakeholders.
